SMS terms
Last updated October 28, 2026
Businesses that use Osvetra send text messages about the appointments their customers book. Here is what those messages are and how to stop them.
What you'll get
Service messages about your own request: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, the arrival time when someone comes to you, replies to your questions and, if you missed a call to the business, a text to pick up where you left off. No marketing messages are sent without separate consent.
How you agree
You agree by asking for a text on a call (the assistant asks first), by ticking the consent box on a business's website form, or by texting the business first. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.
How often
Message frequency varies with your booking, usually 1 to 5 messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop or get help
- Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages from that number. You'll get one message confirming it, then nothing more.
- Reply HELP for help, or email hello@osvetra.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Full details are in the privacy policy; the rest of our terms are in the terms of service.
