The service

Osvetra provides an AI receptionist that answers calls and texts for your business, books appointments on your calendar, a website, and a simple customer list. The receptionist is an AI assistant and says so on every call.

Trial, plans and billing

• The trial is 14 days and needs no card. Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
• Plans are billed monthly in advance (or yearly for the website, if you choose that). There is no setup fee and no contract.
• Each plan includes a number of call minutes. Extra minutes cost $0.15 each. We alert you at 50%, 80% and 100% of your minutes. Calls we identify as spam don't count.
• Prices can change with 30 days' notice by email. A change never applies to a period you already paid for.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. The service runs to the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Paid periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it. You can take your call log and customer list with you.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate details about your business, services, hours and prices, and keep them current. The receptionist says what you tell it.
• Have the right to the phone numbers you forward to us, and follow call-recording and texting laws where you work. We play a recording notice and collect text consent; you must not ask us to text people who haven't agreed.
• Don't use Osvetra for anything unlawful, for spam, or to mislead callers.

Emergencies

For emergency calls the receptionist gives the safety step first (for fire or gas: get out and call 911), then reaches you or books the next slot as you've set it up. Osvetra is not an emergency service and does not replace 911.

What we're responsible for

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but phone networks, calendars and AI can fail. Osvetra is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it. We are not liable for lost profits or lost jobs.

Your data

Your business data and your customers' data stay yours. We use them only to run the service, as described in the privacy policy.
